Spencer Donnelly

A junior attending the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Spencer is interested in sustainability and the unique role of business in Boulder’s society.  Majoring in operations management, he seeks to report on  current events surrounding the food and beverage industry specific to Boulder, and analyze the ethics-based decisions made by well established firms in the city.

Sam Wilson

Sam is a junior finance major at the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado.  He is particularly interested the operations of companies in Boulder, and specifically the dynamics of the food and beverage industry.

David Lee

David is an economics major at the School of Arts and Sciences at the University of Colorado Boulder. He has had a considerable amount of experience within the restaurant industry, and is interested in the keys to success for the food and beverage industry.

Jillian Hill 

Jill is a sophomore  marketing major in the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado. She is a Colorado native and especially interested in what makes Boulder food and drink industries stand out from the rest.
